Get to Know Attorney Taylor McLawhorn Passionate Advocate for the Accused. Experienced Trial Lawyer.

Attorney Taylor McLawhorn

Founding Attorney

After gaining much valuable experience through a series of positions in the legal realm, Attorney Taylor McLawhorn branched out on his own and founded his own firm, continuing his practice as a passionate advocate for the accused. Throughout his career, he has represented individuals in:

  • City cases
  • State cases
  • Federal cases

He is most proud of the clients he has been able to assist, as he believes that a criminal case involves far more than just getting someone’s story and reading police reports. While he recognizes that things are vitally important at the onset of any criminal case, he’s learned over the years that it’s equally important to identify the deep-seated issues that landed someone in the criminal justice system in the first place.

Attorney McLawhorn firmly believes in the importance of earning a client’s trust, and allowing them to feel comfortable talking about the arrest and their personal life, no matter the accusations they face. His approach to criminal defense is solutions-based and recognizes that every client’s case is unique and holds its own set of facts.

Crafting a defense strategy that is personalized to each client has separated McLawhorn from others in his field, as he doesn’t just work to resolve a case favorably; he also aims to provide his clients with a sense that their lives will not be defined by one of the worst feelings anyone can feel…being accused of a crime.

He understands that this is a stressful, frightening time, and for this reason, is committed to providing strategic representation tailored to each unique situation.
